Why You Need a FEEL GOOD PROTOCOL.

Hello dear creators of WONDER and MAGIC!

Feeling good is NOT always a passive process but it can get easier when we repeatedly do the things that we KNOW support us.  Feeling good is a muscle that we must flex often if we want it to become a habit!

My clients are all brilliant, high achieving, highly sensitive, creative humans who, like me, despite how magical and beautiful their lives can be, occasionally fall into a schlumpy-mind-space otherwise known as UGH.

…they feel stuck, lonely, frustrated or find themselves slipping back into unconscious patterns (doing things that are not what they say they want to be doing).

And I am not talking about true pain like grief from a loss (that is another subject).

From time to time, despite how fabulous and amazing these beings are, they suffer too.

Lately, I have been encouraging my clients to create a FEEL GOOD PROTOCOL to use when things feel hard.

Here is my handy dandy one below …as an example.

But, I wholeheartedly encourage you to create one that fits YOU personally.

Write down five things you can DO when you don’t FEEL GOOD that can help you get on track again.

You can make it PRETTY, laminate it and post it at your desk or keep a small copy in your car, purse or wallet too.

FEEL GOOD PROTOCOL

1. Have a GRATITUDE ATTACK (better yet start one on facebook or whoever you are with!).  Name three things that in this moment feel GREAT). Appreciation and love are the highest vibe there is!

2. CONNECT WITH MY TRIBE.  Text or phone a friend you can count on. Leave them a message and pour out your heart. Ask for wisdom.

3. SEEK OUT THE SACRED.  Go on a journey to visit with your Core Beastie or spirit teacher in human form. Pray to whoever you pray to. Meditate for 5 minutes using Insight Timer app. .

4. GET OUTSIDE.  Window gazing counts.  Take some deep breaths of fresh air. Study the sky.  Ask for a message from the spirit of the place where you stand.

5.  BE A HELPER.  It might sound counterintuitive when you feel bad to serve others, but I encourage you to try it.  See a need for a plate of nachos and broil them.  Fluff the comforter…or somehow make the space a bit nicer for the next human.  Bring a grocery store rose to a person who could use a boost. Send an inspiring GIF or text to somebody who is also “going through it”.

I don’t necessarily do the things in order. But, I will run through my whole list, if I have to, to find my feel good again.  Often, just one of these things brings be back.

    I’m looking for events in 2019. Anything scheduled? I live in AZ in the winter months and MN in the summer.

      Nothing at the moment Jan. But, during the summer I will be here doing 1:1 healings and there may be a few events!:)
