Is Your Eating Out of Control? Meet Max Daniels and
Hello Dear Creators of WONDER and MAGIC!
Last Fall, I realized that my eating was OUT OF CONTROL. My body felt BLERGHH..cloudy and unclear. The main problem was that I was eating when I wasn’t hungry. Mostly muesli and chocolate chips. This was a pattern for me. When uncomfortable feelings would arise–if food was near- I would reach for it. It did not FEEL GOOD.
I decided that 2018 would be my year to come into integrity with myself- to be IMPECCABLE in my actions towards myself and my carcass. I hired Dr. Deb to coach me (her podcasts are awesome!). I began feeling more of my feelings and, eventually, I joined a Bright Line Eating Bootcamp and with lots of support, education and community I shed the blerghhhhh and gained by integrity back. It FEELS GOOD.
So, my friend and colleague Max Daniels sends out a most fantastic newsletter (all about eating and getting in right relationship with your body).
I decided to interview her here for my Hummingbird series. She is a delight and has some tips if you are longing to get right with your body and your food.
