September 2025 Eclipse Energies Unfolding and More…

The eclipses of September 2025 are now over- but their effects continue to unfold for the next several months! I hope you are well.  Here are some ideas to help you show up and grow in your own life!

1. How Can I Be An Architect of Softness? This is a question I keep asking myself while trying to parse our new reality.  The revolution will come from within.  We are the ones who will bring it. One tiny (SOFT) step at a time!   Some ideas from my past week:

I got a massage- it had been ? at least a year! I tried to enjoy it without thinking too much about what good it might do!  I booked another in 2 weeks!

I decided to not worry about being productive and worry (INSTEAD!) about a delicious supper for us instead. I often don’t give nourishment the same status as “work” so that was BIG.  I shopped for the ingredients (actual miracle!!) and made this from the NYT cooking app and it was AMAZING!

I invited my partner to join me in morning meditation 3 days this week- that softness created early in the day pays dividends later on.

I sat and read through each one of my death haikus-  (again not being productive– but relaxing!) and it felt so important and good.  Haiku writing will soften you! See a few of my favorites here in my instagram REEL. 

2. We are in a Strong Moment Now, According to Many... We are in an eclipse “portal” between now and Sept 22…..here’s a bit more about it so you can attune to the cosmos more deeply!  Eclipses are full moons and new moons on STEROIDS– things can change quickly and often do.

A Total Lunar Eclipse in Pisces rose on September 7th 🌕✨ marking the completion of a chapter and the release of what has run its course.

This Eclipse inaugurates the final Eclipse season of 2025, a powerful turning point that asks us to surrender what no longer serves, trust the flow of life, and honor the endings that open the way for new beginnings. Some doors must close for others to open. 🌊

Pisces reminds us that every ending carries the seed of renewal. During this Eclipse, boundaries dissolve, intuition heightens, and hidden truths may rise to the surface. It is a moment of deep emotional cleansing, a sacred invitation to let go of control, perfectionism, and resistance, and to trust the unseen currents guiding your soul forward.

WHOOOOOEEE thats a lot of letting go and opening up to new possibilities.  I am feeling the call to more closeness/intimacy, silence and slowing down/self-care.

I am also curious about new technologies to connect 1:1 and serve others-that might be fun to play with!  You’ll be first to know if I dive into a new sort of offering!

4. John Coltrane’s A Love Supreme poem:  I have been thinking about prayer and how to pray for a long time now.  Here is one of my most popular prayer posts. I  am always delighted when I find a brilliant prayer written down.

I have been spending more time in silence deliberately this month. I recommitted to sitting in the mornings for 20  minutes solid. Boy it helps!  These Deepak recordings are like training wheels if you’ve fallen off your meditation bike!
