“Does it really work to Follow your FEEL GOOD to an absurdly fantastic life?”
As a life long seeker, I’ve learned that the WAY to joy and happiness is NOT (contrary to popular belief) through hard work and sacrifice (although you MAY work as hard as my dog Spirit chasing a frisbee).
By allowing yourself to FEEL GOOD and to have the experiences you DESIRE, you begin to align all the forces of nature and create MAGIC.
I am a Physician turned FEEL GOOD Life Coach– absurd, no? I, of course, had been doing it backwards for a long time. After years and years (and years) of working HARD and SACRIFICING and TRYING to figure out how to be happy – I stumbled into a series of books, people and experiences that transmuted all my seeker knowledge into what I believe is the key to a truly fantastic life.
Don’t get me wrong- I am not a pie in the sky person- I am a realist with 4 real kids, a real husband, 2 real dogs and a “real life” – it’s just that my REALITY has shifted.
When you begin to allow yourself to feel good a little each day (I know it sounds ludicrous!), your hope returns in GIANT BUNDLES and you begin to see everything in a whole new light. Your belief in the Universe as a positive and wondrous place begins to grow and be restored. If you don’t know WHY you are here on this gorgeous planet- you will find out (maybe you already know?).
Following my own FGR (Feel Good Radar) does not mean I am laying around being massaged by a pool boy 24/7. Although on a given day that would be perfectly fantastic! My feel good comes from so many things: Spending time out in the woods, listening to music like Jason Mraz and Mandoza, Snuggling with my kids, working with my clients, inspiring others find their FEEL GOOD, talking late into the night about things that matter with my husband over a bottle of wine, dinner with a friend, chasing Spirit, my dog, around in the back yard, interior design and fashion that light me up, being entertained and changing the world…one person at a time.

What I do with my one on one clients and groups is share tools to help them reconnect and follow their own Feel Good Radar (FGR).
As you begin to reconnect with your own FEEL GOOD, it’s nothing short of a miracle what can happen. This does not mean you are passively blissed out or checked out. By feeling GOOD, you actually wake up to your life and feel inspired to take action- you become an unstoppable force of Nature (although you will still need some sleep (grin).
