Operationalizing the FREAK within

Too be honest, I bought this exceptional book for my therapist knowing that she would love it and be sufficiently effected by reading it to be a better therapist for me. I fell in love with this exceptional book because after reading it, I felt inspired and far less alone. But seriously, “Gilded yurts” or a a “pachydermally inspired worksheet”? The index alone is compelling. It inspires our yurts to be gilded and are worksheets to be far more fun than we had been considering them.
