36 X 30 inches Mixed Media and GLITTER on Canvas.  In 2024 I began to take my pleasure seriously and began working with a coach (Kirsten Koel).  It has been a steep learning curve.  I had so many unhelpful beliefs and fears around pleasure.  As I allow it more and more, my actions seem to be more effective.  Relaxing for a few moments is one powerful way to experience pleasure. AT night, when you walk by this piece you’ll see glittter sparkling which will remind you of your pleasure centers!
